The management ensured that the employees worked towards and followed the set cycle of the project to ensure its completion and success. Have a project program and governance. The management ensured that the workers knew the importance of team work, coordination and effective use of the available materials for the betterment of the project. Have a project brief, scope, objectives and goals aligned. These were all set and the management made sure that all the employees followed and worked towards their achievement. Plan on how to manage and run the project as a whole. The management was able to run the project with the help of frequent reports and supervisions that it conducted. The project is to be closed or ended when it comes to the end period. However it has to have realized the benefits that it was meant to realize i.e. achieved its objectives, goals and responsibilities to the society, employees and employers as well. This is becomes possible when there are evaluations done at the end of the project period and a report produced by the management to the project board to ensure that it has achieved the desired benefits. This is done especially during a closure meeting. There must be a project checklist to counter check the projects quality, dependence and effectiveness according to its purpose. Therefore, if the projects goes by the rules and expectations of the checklist, its objectives and goals and all the other expectations of the board then it is said to be justifiable. Timmins F.
